Our story
Our vision
We seek to provide comprehensive legal services to care homes, in many areas of law and regulation. We have worked with a number of care homes across England and Wales, regulated by CQC, CIW or Ofsted. RWe have provided advice, drafted replies and pleadings, obtained and compiled statements and submissions, lodged appeals, replied to NOPs and NODs, and undertaken judical review applications. We aim to provide an affordable service and we have a number of clients who have worked with us for years. We provide both litigation and advocacy services. We handle criminal and civil matters too.
